SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Rock Bridge Trees ships for free to most states!

Additional shipping costs are applied to the following western states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. These costs are $6 per 1 gallon tree and $10 per 2 gallon tree.

We are sorry we do not ship to California or outside the continental United States.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for your package once it leaves our hands. All packages are mailed via UPS within 5-7 business days depending on inventory.

Please inspect your trees for shipping damage as soon as you receive them. Damage claims must be processed promptly. If the tree is damaged in shipping, we need pictures of the box and the damaged tree to process a claim.

Winter orders will be shipped as soon as possible according to the weather. We will contact you for scheduling.

Warranty:

Rock Bridge Trees gives no guarantee, express or implied as to description, life, or productiveness of any trees. All trees are guaranteed to be true to name and variety and alive when they leave our nursery. If any tree proves otherwise, we will not be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price. As of October 1st, 2018 shipping for warranty trees will be paid by the customer.

    I was wondering if y’all ship to Houston TX just asking because I’m looking for a pecan tree and it’s hard to find a certain type of pecan tree it’s a Lipan Pecan Tree and if so would it be able to grow over here
