Green River Pecan

Now Available

The Green River Pecan was selected in Henderson Kentucky in 1911. This is a cold hardy tree with an upright structure. Excellent scab resistance makes for attractive foliage all season.

Nuts are classed as a large pecan. Nut size is 69 per pound about the same size as Kanza. Pollen shed is type 2. Nuts ripen about a week after Major and Kanza.

We have a limited number of trees available this year.
